My work has spanned defence and intelligence community sectors, aviation and security systems delivery, SaaS implementation programmes, enterprise operations and technology transformations, and multi-country PMO build-outs across the US, UK, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. I've stood up global delivery functions, re-baselined programmes that were in trouble, and built and elevated operations that reduced friction and elevated performance.
